museum manners

Help us ensure that all of our guests have fun! You can do your part by:

  • using inside voices

  • using walking feet

  • staying together - chaperones and students need to stay together at all times; especially when riding the elevator and in our gift shop

  • staying in the age appropriate areas of our museum; our Wee Discovery Zone is for our littlest friends (3 and under)

*please note that if groups are not able to follow the museum manners, they may be asked to leave early.

unaccompanied visitor policies

Adults are not permitted to enter the Museum without children. Adults wishing to visit the Museum can request a brief tour based on staff availability. Business visitors must check in with the front desk staff.

Children under 18 are not permitted in the Museum without adult supervision. Adults are classified as anyone 18 and older. The Museum asks that adults stay with children at all times.
