The Grand Rapids Children’s Museum is dreaming up our new building and youth voices are a critical part of it! We are asking youth between the ages of 0-18 to design a creature and details of their habitat.

We will then select designs to be used as inspiration for a climbing structure in our new museum, as well as creatures in our Care for Creatures exhibit (a vet clinic that will feature real and imagined animals). All drawings must be returned to the museum by February 15th, 2026. 

 

 

 

 

Ways to return your creature:

• Scan and email it to exhibits@grcm.org

• Mail it to: Exhibits, 11 Sheldon Ave NE, Grand Rapids MI 49503

• Bring it into the museum and two guests can play for free when you drop it off!
